Just finished porting another set of heads. These are 241 heads with 50k miles and they're in great condition. No scratches, gashes, or dings in the deck surface. They should flow around 270-275cfm on the intake whereas stock 243’s flow about 260cfm, stock 241's (223cfm) and good CNC ported 243’s (290-300cfm)
  • Blended seats to bowl on intake/exhaust ports (matched all diameters to within +/- 2 thousandths)
  • Narrowed, shaped, blended intake/exhaust valve guide bosses.
  • Completely removed intake rocker bolt hump.
  • D shaped exhaust port exit (matched diameters within +/- 2 thousandths).
  • Only sanded intake/exhaust runners to keep cc’s low and air velocity high.
  • Kept most of intake swirl ramp for increased torque
  • Sanded runners (80grit>180grit>220grit)
  • Seems to have recent intake valve job

Comes with stock valves, springs, retainers all in great condition.

They haven't been flowed, I would go put them on a flow bench if there was a place nearby that I knew of on Long Island.
