If you are building a custom exhaust these are what you would use. These flow better than ceramic cats so I would say yes these are high flow.

Im running fbody manifolds. Come down and put 02 bung. A cat. And run that back to a xpipe. Then muffs, and tips. Not running rear 02s. Will this still run a check engine code?
