Default Head swap install kit

I have got gm head bolts (both heads)<-SOLD and gm mls head gaskets for 99 and up ls1. $25.00 <-STILL FOR SALE

Will work on 97-98's but the gaskets will not work if you still have the perimeter bolt heads (covers up a port)

I got some gaskets and bolts when I ordered my heads so I no longer need these.

I take paypal

I am very interested... I thought the 97-01 heads used graphite gaskets though?

you have to check the bottom of your heads for a recess on the outer edge. if they have the recess then the mls gaskets wont work because coolant can leak. however, if you are swapping aftermarket heads on, there shouldnt be a problem.

price for the gaskets?

25 bucks shipped for the head gaskets takes them.

thanks for the help on the info. I knew they would work on the aftermarket heads...and I knew about the 97-98 difference...but not about the recess.
