What is the wet stuff on the one tire and the other tire looks scuffed up.. Last question before I decide, what is the current tread depth.

The wet stuff on the tire is because when I took off the tire I rolled it through a small puddle before taking the pics? I guess the scuffing you are refering to is just wear. I have only driven on these tires maybe a total of 200 miles which includes the 10-15 passes. Sorry I don't have any way to check the depth, thought the penny would sufice. Who ever buys these tires will be getting a smoking deal for a nearly new set of tires.
