That's a factory hurst for sure, I have one in my car right now and it's very similar to a pro 5.0. The only thing you don't get is the adjustability, but it is 100 times better than the factory shifter. With the short stick I hit 3rd every time and the shifts are excellent. I think this is a great deal if your looking for a better shifter and don't have the money to spring for the 150-200 dollar shifters.
