About 30 miles. To be honest I didnt like the way they felt. It makes the car look sweet, but the ride is painful.

Give me a day to look over some things if you can. I have goldline springs which are lower then the pro kit and the back settled a little too much and I have been looking for a way to get the back a tad higher then the front. I am thinking this might do that.
