i'm no expert, but i doubt you'll be able to ship a windshield. not reliably/economically anyway. also, the z06 maf is about $150 retail from discount parts places like rockauto. that doesn't include the adapter, which retails for $30, I believe. I bought my maf for $20 shipped... silly people don't realize the truck maf = z06 maf.

thats the retail price.. search anywhere. cant remember which sponsor(s) carry it. you can get just the 5-pin plug and splice for like $10 from efi connection, i think.

You _can_ definitely splice. 3 pins for maf, 2 pins for iat. the new maf just combines both into one unit. It's not complicated, but most people don't like messing with their harness like that. I'd rather not cut into my harness, but I'm not willing to spend $30 on it, either.

and for the z06 maf, i just went to rockauto.com and chose a 2002 corvette z06 as my car, went to emissions and there it was.

Overall, I think you're offering a reasonable discount when compared to new.

 

Thanks for the info. But both of those are not what I'm selling - I payed $50 for mine - because its worth $50 - it's not those cut in style ones or a hookie one from pace that has all that extra garbage on it. It's a nice high quality 5 to 3 pin connector. Any cheaper than what I'm asking - I'll keep it.

Im interested in the 3 to 5 wire connection plug. I have a 99 vette with a 3 wire and just bought a Ls6 Maf and now need the harness. How much will you let the 3 to 5 wire harness go for?

 

whoa hold up there cowboy. You're selling the maf and adapter as a combo, so the price on the adapter is moot. second, extra garbage? this adapter has 3 plugs - a 3-pin (maf) and 2 pin (iat) connector for connecting to the existing harness and a 5-pin for connecting to the new z06 maf. i've searched around, and i haven't seen a different manufacturer for the adapter.

also, there's no need to get upset. as i said earlier, you're selling your stuff for cheaper than the retail price. i was just providing some info.
