I would settle the questions by taking the car to a reputable frame shop and get their appraisal as to just what exactly was done to the frame when it was repaired.
A good repair shop can make the car straighter and better than when it was new so it's not necessarily a negative.
We are a strange lot - we think nothing about taking apart a 67 Camaro down to the frame or more and put it back together piece by piece with parts from many Camaros and don't give it second thought but go beserk if we find out a car has been in a fender bender and now we own it and find out it isn't pure anymore.
It all depends upon who did the repairs. Same goes for repaints.
Good luck with your sale - nice car. Sent pics to my son who is looking for a black Z or SS.
