i sold the car it was going in. now it's time to sell the motor

it was FROM a '97 transam with 60k miles

it's an LT1 with T56, buy both, or buy just the engine. tranny is not for sale separately unless i sell the engine already.

here's what it has
i got the motor/tranny from a complete front clip. i STILL HAVE the clip too. so you know i have everything. harness, computer, ps lines, etc

the motor had some aftermarket valvetrain parts when i got it:
crane 1.6:1 gold anodized roller rockers, dual valve springs & retainers, pushrods, B&M short shifter

the rest was stock

then i added:
comp 503 cam, all new gaskets and seals (besides head gaskets since i didn't remove the heads), MSD pro billet distributor, MSD super conductor wires (not yet installed), resurfaced flywheel, RAM HD clutch. this new stuff has ZERO miles on it.

i think that's about it...

right now the motor is partially disassembled. no accessories or smog equipment on it, but i have EVERYTHING in a box.

it also has hedman jeep headers on it, with percy's 6-layer header gaskets

asking $3000 for everything. motor, tranny, harness, computer, extra **** off the clip, whatever.

want just the motor? let's talk. help me get rid of this stuff

package1: block/oilpan/water pump/msd optispark/comp cam/heads/intake manifold/valvetrain stuff $1200

package2: same as package1 but with stock opti and stock cam. STILL has aftermarket valvetrain stuff - $800

add the tranny to either package for $300

or buy everything separately!

i won't ship the tranny or block, but i will ship the heads and everything else.
i also don't have the clutch anymore, but i do still have the flywheel.

$500 OBO for LT1 block with rotating assembly, timing stuff, lifters, and oil pan with brand new oil pan gasket. add $200 for brand new comp 503 cam or $10 for stock cam
$20 for stock cam by itself
$300 OBO for both heads, with valve covers and valve cover bolts, and brand new valve cover gaskets. heads are not ported or anything.
$150 OBO for intake manifold, not ported
$150 OBO for crane 1:1.6 gold anodized roller rockers
$100 OBO for hedman shorty headers and header bolts. add $10 for brand new percy 6-layer header gaskets
$20 for the header gaskets by themselves
$50 OBO for pushrods
$50 OBO for stock computer

$250 for BRAND NEW comp 503 cam. installed and removed, but not used.
$500 for BRAND NEW MSD pro billet distributor. installed and removed, but not used.
$90 for BRAND NEW MSD super conductor wires. kit comes with all the ends, boots, and crimping tool. all uncut and unused.

make me reasonable offers. i just need to get rid of this stuff.
no shipping on block. i'll ship the rest.

 

I'm gonna say you would have better luck selling this stuff in the LT1 section.

 

Camaroz28.com has a lot of LT1 traffic, check there for some potential buyers.
