All you need is an air compressor and some mother bottles. $550 shipped. I'll also include two mother bottle adapters and a 10-foot braided hose so you don't have to put the pump right next to the bottles.

I am interested in this and local to webster. What all else is needed for the station to be complete other than the bottles. Also where did you fill your n2o bottles...

You only need the bottles. I have no idea what the prices are now, but it used to be $170 deposit for each mother bottle and $110 for the fill. When one's empty, you just bring it in & they trade you for a full one. Be sure to ask for the bottle with the dip tube in it, or you'll have to turn the bottle upside down to get the liquid out. I got them from Arrow Gas/Medical Supply 713-799-9004, at 9607 Knight in Houston.
