Default CAGS / skip shift

This is really starting to annoy me. I have installed an eliminator on my C5; will the same part work for the V, or is the harness / connector specific to the V? I don't wanna pay $50 for the StealthV one when I can get a C5 version for around $20.

I am sure times have changed but I had a '90 Vette with this "feature" and I unplugged the connector and it stopped working and I never had a light. Is there a system check in place now that needs to be fooled?

c5 one doesn't work ask me how I know

I ordered 2 of them one for my c5 and one for the wifes v... ended up selling the other c5 one and bought a v one for $20 or so from a member on the cadillac forums.

On my '02 T/A I actually made my own using a resistor from radioshack and black tape and that worked fine too, just upgraded for these two vehicle.

And yes there is a check, you'll throw a code if the computer doesn't sense the correct resistence... lame....

I'm from Pryor, about 2 1/2 NE of the OKC area. Now I'm in Texas, about 120 miles east of Dallas.

just buy a diablosport predator.....

better mileage, more power,...no more skip shift. great for an unmodded car, or even modded.

Worth every penny.
