Default Camshaft question

This is going in a circle track car.

Rules state

No anti pump lifters. Lifters must be of stock diameter. Maximum lift is .410

Going in a 3200 pound car.

Can someone suggest a custom grind that would suit this well?

Lift
Duration
LSA

Thanks
Also what lifters to use.

As far as rockers rules:
Says nothing about no roller rockers. All it says is stock rocker arms 1.5 guide plate and screw in studs are allowed.

Thanks
