LS Renegade class in the carolinas
Is anyone running in this class? Ever heard of it? I was reading the rules and it seems like the most budget friendly heads up class. I am running stick shift for now in my zo6 but i will just be a class filler as well if I running in the real street class.

Yes, I have been running in it. It's a good group of guys, we really are in to have fun without breaking the bank. But someone rolling around in a ZO6 may not be worried about that. We are on fb as well.

Yes car count hasn't been good. We do have a several guys I believe are serious about being ready for next year, and a good bit of guys that are "working on it." Come on out and test the water. I saw the post asking about car count, I am going to look down my notes and comment with what I guess will be there. Will post back here also.

Yea I'd like to do it as I think even with the rules if I do a turbo setup, I could run a 71mm during the renegade races and then swap to a bigger one for other races and just change the tune. It's been something that has crossed my mind. I have been contacting everyone I know locally to try to get so,e interest up as this seems to be the cheapest heads up class in the carolinas lol

Well alittle update. Some of the racers are finally getting cars done and brining them. Next race has a total of 9 guys going. One more should be done by the next race so total of ten. So if anyone has a SBE car that fits in the rules please join up on Facebook and come on out!
