What's up, newbie/lurker here - cam q's
On the advice of Bad Andy, I am posting some cam questions here.
First off, the car is a 2002 SOM WS6 with the usual bolt-ons: lid, long tubes, off road y, muffler, 4.10s, sfcs, stb, lcas, shifter, and GS-D3s
I am looking to have a cam put in, and I am thinking hard about Futral's F10 or F11. I want a mean sounding idle and around 400 rwhp, and these two seem to be good. Anyone have any experience with these cams? Is anyone running them and would like to give me a ride/listen?
Also, I have tuning questions. Anyone have any hptuner files I could have that my installer could upload? Or if not, anyone have any reliable tuners around the Atlanta are they could recommend?
Also, Bad Andy owes me Gatorade.

F11 should get you to 400rwhp w/ a ud pulley and ported Tb added to ur mod list through the stock rear, and a good tune. Dunno bout tuners in ATL but Gomer tunes in B'Ham at Walker Dyno
I had the F11 in a 99 Z28 A4. Sounded great w/ x-pipe and bullets(should sound good through ur exhaust too) made 388rw locked but unfortunately i killed her

I have a F11 on a 112 in my 02 SS and my car put down 408/390 with all the bolt on's & 4.10's. A great all around cam.

You might consider the F13 112+2, a very driveable cam, with great power (from what everyone else says). Myself when it comes time, it will be the F14 or the RJ cam.
Best of luck with whatever you decide!

I have the baby F10 228/228 .575 .575 on 114 +4 and it put down 417RWHP and 400RWTQ through an 8.8 and 3.5" steel DS. It however has a tiny lope at idle compared to anything on 112 like a F13, etc.
