Not local but a fair asking price.... sounds like he's trying to get it sold qwik....you might can get just the block/pistons/rods since you've got the pan and covers.....maybe offer him $600.00 ish? Worth a shot -

someone help me out please.. i got dicked over on one that was lined up. i told him 650 and ill pick it up on saturday, he said alright.. then he says its sold.
