What's the tire size on the other sticker? If the car is dressed up as an SS then call SLP and they can confirm if it is legit
Z4C is the option code for the 30th's but not seeing anything for it being an SS

Called SLP, it is NOT an SS. The car is on ebay and the owner is claiming it is car #0001.

I'll have to look through my notes, I have your new PM. I can't remember if I needed more info for your car or if I got your build info. Give me a couple days to look into it

CompNine** lists only 802 1997 Camaro coupes getting RPO WU9 (described as "SALES PKG ANNIVERSARY Z28 SS Z28 ANNIVERSARY(WU9)").
As Z28 says, Z4C was the RPO for the 30th package (both Z28s and SSs), of which 3299** Camaro coupes received in 1997 ("APPEARANCE PACKAGE 30TH ANNIVERSARY 30TH-ANNIVERSARY(Z4C)").
R7T is the RPO for SS, of which 2474** Camaro coupes received in 1997.
When I was scrubbing data off CompNine for my breakdowns, I had not yet discovered that WU9 RPO was used, so I didn't attempt to break-down that RPO. But I did determine that 659** '97 Camaro coupes had both R7T and Z4C. So did all of THESE also have WU9? Don't know, CompNine changed their RPO search GUI and its not useful in that way any more.
Additionally, I seem to recall another thread on this topic, and I thought that it was concluded that the absence of WU9 didn't mean that the car was NOT an 30th SS.
In any case, for this car in question, from looking at the RPO decal alone, the car appears to be a Z28 with the Z4C 30th appearence package. But it is lacking either R7T or WU9 that would indicate that it was an SS. HOWEVER, the other material shown in the ad looks pretty legit. The VIN matches the SLP options sheet. If indeed this was the very 1st 30th SS built, it is very possible the car SLP plucked off the assembly line to be what is essentially a pilot car, was not originally intended to be an SS and therefore may not have gotten the requisite RPOs that an SS would normally get. Stranger things have happened.
**CompNine's database appears to be missing some units for the '97 MY, another source indicates that there was 3330 30ths built, and 707 of those were SSs.

When you look in the pictures, the picture with the whole window sticker, the SLP sheet has it listed as a 1997. Then look at the picture with it zoomed in on the top of the SLP sheet and it says the car is a 1998...? Weird. Plus, if the car is REALLY #0001 why would it be in such crappy shape?

CompNine's vin decoder shows:
Vehicle: CAMARO 2 DR
Year: 1997
Build Date: 1996-09-03
Would SLP have provided 2 copies of the options sheet, one w/ a typo?? Seems pretty unlikely. But not everyone appreciates a milestone car like a #0001 build. The 9/3/96 build date puts it the ball-park as a very early 1997 unit.

Give him a call, he will most likely tell you that you are WRONG. Because he wants to sell it for more $$$. He even stated for someone to call SLP if they need to. Do you not think he has. The documents are doctored to sell it to him. He got snooked and wants to just pass it along. I believe SS build #1 with documents & SLP verified would be at Barrett Jackson.
