Default Need Help! No Power to fuse box!

Ok, So I am getting no power to the fuse box under the hood. I have tried everything. Could it be a bad relay? Or a bad fusible link? Please help I can't figure this out and I have searched. Thanks in advance.

I'll cut that bitch out. It's the 3 wire one that goes to the fuse box right?

Don't do that unless you like the idea of watching your car burn to the ground. The fusible links are there as a last line of defense to protect the electrical system from significant shorts. If the fusible link is burned out then you have a major electrical problem that you need to find and repair first. Then you need to install a proper replacement fusible link.
