Keeaudio subwoofer fitment issue

Do I need to drill new holes for perfect subwoofer fitment ? I tried every possible angle to accommodate speaker with stock holes but no angle would line up exactly.

if it was anything like the speakers I installed in the sails, start by just barely screwing in all 4 screws, once you get all 4 started it goes easier.
