keep blowing fuses!!!

keep blowing fuses!!! HELP!!! Ok So I Did The Mod Where You Change The Color Of Your Radio Bulbs Cause 2 Of Myne Were Already Out, I Got The 3000 Mcd Led Bulbs And I Go 1k Ohm Resistors Just To Be On The Safe Side So They Wouldnt Blow, But Now Everytime I Out It In The Light Come On For A Fraction Of A Second And The Ip Dimmer Fuse Blows, And Ive Changed It 3 Times Already And I Cant Figure Out Whats Wrong With It Can Someone Please Help!!! Any Electricians Out There??

Monsoon radio PROBLEM ok so i just changed all the lights in my stock monsoon cd player cause they blew when i blew a fuse, and now all the lights work but the radio wont come on and it acts like none of the buttons work, anyone know anything about this or have the similar problem??
