a/c doesnt work or any of HVAC stuff

i got into a wreck and they replaced the dash and stuff and now the HVAC doesnt work. i have checked out all of the fuses and they seem ok, the other day the lights didnt even light up on there but today they worked. what all can i check, connections....fuses.....relays. what all can i look for to see why this doesnt work. the car took a front end hit. thanks

anyone, come on guys! i have checked the fuses and stuff, where are the connections at? when i turn the switch for where i want it, foot head and what not....i hear it go tsssssss just the fans arent blowing. any help?
