Default Cigerette lighters died?

Ok so I was coming back home for nebraska last night and I had one of those A/C to House outlet power converter things for my lap top plugged into the cig adapter so we stopped at taco bell. Came back out and the cig lighter adapters don't work anymore. Anyone knwo what would cause this? Blown fuse? Faulty wiring? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Fuse, in the little panel on the side of the dash.
A good fuse to replace with a similar-rated
circuit breaker.
