Well I've changed them many times, it is possible to change it without taking off anything but easier and less time to take off the headlight generally.

What I do is unplug the 2 bulbs from the headlight, then remove the 2(i think) bolts holding the assembly in. After that it's tricky bending/prising to get the headlight assembly out.

After it's out, they are a snap to change and take like 20 seconds to be done with, then just reinsert the headlights, bolt back together, put in the bulbs, and shut the hood

Hope that helps some

That's the HARD way to do it. Underneath the front corners there are flaps on each side. I believe there are 2 7mm bolts holding the edge in. Undo those and you can drop the flap down and reach up inside and get to the bulbs.

There is no relay for the turn signals. It also isn't the flasher causing the problem unless both sides aren't working. A single flasher runs both sides so if one side works but the other doesn't then it can't be the flasher causing the problem.

If it's just the front signal on one side that isn't working and you've replaced the bulb then check that the bulb socket isn't corroded. That's a fairly common problem.
