Default Door panel removal

How hard is it to remove the door panels in order to upgrade the door speakers?

Any tips and tricks you can give me?
Anything to be careful with? or look out for?

Not hard, about 15 minutes if all goes well. Move slowly and look things over as you tug and pull.

A couple or three large Phillips head screws, you might have to remove the small upper triangular cap (a few more smaller screws if memory serves). You lift the switch out of the nacelle and unplug it. It is held in place with two spring clips. Just lift the panel straight up a few inches and move the panel toward you. You will have to maneuver the panel to get the door latch handle through the panel opening. You'll then see how to disconnect the speaker wire from there.

The hardest part of the whole thing is the lock mechanism. Once you've done it you can do it again in about 10 mins max.

Down. You'll see why when you go to put it back on.
