This is the only site I know that when a ls car beats a cobra everyone says the cobra is a turd and ford sucks, as well as the ls1 running **** hot. When the under powered ls car beats a similar cobra, the ls should have been destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Holy ****. He claimed 480. We didn't dyno the car before we ran it so it could only make 450 wheel for all we know. Then...hes not a good driver at all. Also, he raced a bunch of cars when it was 90* outside then raced said GTO. Makes perfect sense to me.

nice kills. a local here made...i want to say 495 and trapped 124 in a full weight cobra. unsure of mods, but i do know he made 619 on c16 and trapped over 130. repeated pulls on that car didn't really show a huge loss in power. he was def not afraid to make pulls...1 after the other anywhere anytime.

Even on ls1 tech 03-04 cobras are unbeatable just like another forum I know of. No lie, gto is just full bolt ons. And this was a intake,pulley,tune cobra. That cobra had just got done racing me and it was 90 out.

I think a pullied cobra today is alot slower than a pullied cobra was in 04. Not literally but you get my point. Hell, bolt on 5.0's are taking down p/i/e cobras now.

I agree with him I put 449 to the wheels on motor and I race my buddies 03 cobra all the time hes making 510 to the wheels and he pulls me like a raped ape once he hits 3rd gear

Had this guy been able to drive, it might have changed things a bit. I posted this cause its a good day time run. I'm not saying I'm going to beat all pullied cobras, I just beat this one on this day under these circumstances, nothing more, nothing less.

M3 owner said most dyno 340-360whp. His is stock. You people need to understand the cobra driver was a bad driver and believe it or not that can affect the outcome of a race.

That cobra's shifts were slower than AIDS in January. And the guy looked like he weighed 400 lbs. And how do you know if he shifted at the correct rpm's or not? Have you not heard that saying ''anything can happen on the street''? You act like the OP is claiming the earth is still flat or something? He said that he beat a cobra that ''claimed'' 480 rwhp, and you watch it happen on video with your own eyes. Good lord.
