Looks like that 5gen needs to talk to 62 and rhino.

Well.....there are a few other areas that need to be addressed long before a cam. Don't be like this guy. You shouldn't even be thinking about a cam yet.

There was definitely something going on with that 5th gen. The v pulled like a m.f definitely a strong runner.

Even a bolt on 5th gen should be a good run for that V. Similar power, weight, and gearing.... With a cam it should have walked alway

5th gens are the slow. No.

I pulled a 500 whp 408 5th gen lol.

They got heavier wheels, way worse gearing, and are just uglier

No poor setup 5th gens are slow.
My bolt on 5th gen would pull on cammed 5th gens why? Because 90% of them want to jump into a cam that sounds good. Now a 408 500rwhp is just a very very poor setup. **** the 6.2 with heads and cam make 550rwhp lol mine made 528rwhp on a mild cam. It's all on how it's setup up. Don't get me wrong that V pulls hard but that white SS your racing has the worst setup I've ever seen his cam is also the worst cam I've seen

Look on these Vids All I had has Headers 1 7/8s CIA and "VVT tune" on my stock cam!
Yet I would pull on H/C F-bodies and Cammed 5th gens. Why? Because I did my homework on these cars I wasn't after a choppy sounding cam when I still needed to work on the other factors of the car.

It appears those fifth gens need some mixture of Unicorn tears and Sasquatch blood to run with a 5.0.

I have a jar of both for you. Thought it might help your little 302 out.
