20 PSI Talon vs my 98z After coming back from subway (heading back to work), I see this beat to hell talon behind me. Well the guy in the Talon does a fly bye and all I could hear was the turbo spooling up/ blow off as he passes me. I decided to give chase instead of turning off and going back 2 work (i had 20 min left), so i finaly cought up to him at a stop light. The Talon gives me a rev and starts spooling up his turbo, light turns green. I gave him the kick, then I nailed it with no tire spin (MT radials) I caught him and passed him around 50mph with about 1.5-2 cars at the end (traffic). He rolled down his window and asked if I was on pump gas, told him 93. Then he goes on how he could take me with race gas and 30 psi, i just nodded and asked how much boost he was running me with, he said 20. I gave him a thumbs up and he took off a little bitter. I do give the man credit, that car hauls some a$$!
I would say this was the best race since I had the new motor. Maybe next time I catch him on the street, it will be for money and I can use my power adder!

Oh hell yes, let him crank it up another 10 psi and run his precious race fuel. All you have to do is give your car a hit of dope and watch it run like a junkie on his way to tyrones $400,000 crack party!

e.g. from 15-20 nets more power gain than 20-30. You spray him with whats in your sig and my prediction is he will see your buisness end and get to listen to your exhaust note.

An ls1 is stout enough to sniff at a 100 shot, and take a 150 shot on a regular basis. I've heard of people going higher on stock parts but I wouldnt want to try and push it.

Nitrous can be a safe power adder as long as every thing is built 4 it..engine..trans..rear..ect My motor is built to take a large hit, and the 125 shot is a warm up 
On my stock motor I would spray a 125 shot with no problems.

Nitrous (never to be refered to as NOS by anyone that dosnt want me calling them a rice) is a cheap, and safe power adder when respected. Its on my list of mods for my camaro assuming I dont replace it.
