Default Built WS6 Vs. ProCharger ZO6. OUTCOME???

Lets try this again the first time it didn't post

OK I have a friend that has a ZO6 that I've been smoking for the longest time, he has added some stuff and wants to run again what chances do I have?

01 ZO6 LG long tubes, Procharger 10 psi, Viper spec T56, tripple plate clutch 4.11 gears, stock suspension, and his newly added meth injection. He claims 700 FWHP I claim B.S.
I have watched the car on 8 psi run a 7.58 @ 100 with a 2.2 60' on streets. Now he has The meth and 10 psi on Nittos.
VS.
WS6, MS3 on a 114, 6.0 patriot heads, Diamond pistons, 1 7/8" Supermaxx headers, Yank SS 4000, TH400, Dual stage 175 shot,( can rejet to 200-250 if needed just never been that high before) Q1A drag shocks and more suspension in the rear, on 3.55 gears an a BFG Drag radial.
I ran a 6.94 at the same track with BFG's on a 150 shot I know 25 more isn't going to do much but how close is he to taking me out from a dig? Or am I already done before it starts?

700bhp on 10psi? Not too likely unless the procharger can really feed it past 7grand on the tach. I definatly wouldn't rule 600bhp out of the question though. maybe even 650.

Even so, that's a pretty stout setup he's got there. Suprised he's still running the stock stick (Even if it IS a z06 cam) with the blower on there. He's likely leaving a good bit of hp on the table. Based on the numbers he ran before, I don't think an extra 2 psi is gonna give him a definitive win over you. It'll be pretty close though. You might want to think about those 250 jets for insurance.

The Z06 cam is an almost perfect cam for a blower, look it up

But since then he has added Meth, some Drag radial and 2 more psi. Im' not sure if that gives him more power with Methanlo but he will hook better

It'll be a real close race, maybe even a drivers race, if he can get those 60's below a 2.0. I would go with atleast a 200 jet.

I'm not an expert or anythign on meth, but I'm pretty sure it's used to control detonation and allow for more boost and timing. I don't think it adds any power of it's own.

It cools the charge that goes into the engine.

i'll say he will run 7.0s tops at 103 and you will still beat him.

So it's going to be a closer race now, if I still used the 150? I will rejett to 200 to be safe. Theres no money or anything i just really don't want to hear his mouth till next spring when the track reopens.

Yeah i would say you should be fine at 200 also as long as you hook you should kill him unless he really knows how to drive that stick.
