Ridiculous
There is this kid at school that drives a 2000 or so camaro, for the longest time I thought it was an SS. Its got the SS badges, the SS hood, the wheels, and the dual exaust tips. I never messed with it because I knew it would get it handed to me. Well I found out that he has a V6!, he bought all this stuff just to cover up the fact that he has the same engine that is in my moms minivan. Now I have to to race him. Either in the grocery runner or my car.
Oh yeah, he also has red neons on it. WTF.
(This may be a second post from me, my computer is messed up)
IMO, if you have a V6 dont act like you've got a fast car just because it says "Camaro" or "Trans Am", and cause the speedo goes to 150 yo'.

lol how could you not notice the difference in sound between an LT1 and a V6? Oh wait you said it was a 2000... well okay I can see the misunderstanding there between the LS1 and the 3.8...

Reminds me of a guy I used to work with who drove some POS Buick or Oldsmobile, just a regular early 90's 4 door sedan. Dumbass was always talking about how he had a "Camaro engine" in his car, lol...congrats you have GM's corporate V6, must be a real barn burner.

The badging is pretty gay. If he get beat by a ricer or something they will think they beat an SS.
