Default I raced the mustangs today. Good and bad

Well i raced the 05 and that was no problem. After that I ran his 99 stang. He has boltons and tune and all the suspension **** and drag tires with 4.30 gears. he totally killed me off the line. He doesn't spin at all. My Ta just spun and spun. It sucked. DAMN! I need traction. I started to pull him but couldn't get around him. I do think if it was the 1/4 mile rather than the 1/8 I would of got passed him. We did race then at a roll so i wouldn't spin so bad and that turned out alot better. I can get him from a roll but not from a dig. My other buddy with a 98 TA also raced and it was about the same as me. I got it on video so I'll have to get up and going. In the video you can hear me just spinning forever. It was fun but I need traction help BAD!

I'm guessing his tires is what helped the most. After I raced i went over to look at his tires and they were just like a sponge.

Good runs. Im glad you beat the 05 GT. With some traction im sure you would have beat the 99 from a dig. So it looks like your car is faster than both of them. Cant wait to see the vid

The video is kinda shameful but if I could of hooked it would of been differant. I guess I'm used to my vette, it doesn't spin at all. I also have a video of when I raced the same car with my vette. That was when my vette was mostly stock. I'll post both of them.

yea the 05 was stock so i expected that. but the first race with the 99 stang against the two TA's was awsome from my point of view. minor bolt ons with sticky tires and only shocks and struts for the suspension part. the race of the vette is when i didnt have sticky tires but i will race it 1/8mile from a dig. from a roll with is ta he beat me by half a car if that but the ls1 has killer top end. good racing tho

Yes, it sucked, he wouldn't bring his mustang up to my place. At my place you can see from both directions. That was a bunch of **** going that way. We could of went south of his house where there is a nice 1/4 mile but he won't run a 1/4 because he knows he wouldn't win. He wants to run my vette again but next time he can come up to my place. NO MORE RACING TOWARD A CURVE!

Pretty crappy video, for a few reasons.

1: It's so shaky I almost got sick watching it.. get that woman a tripod!

2: Woman saying fords rule..

3: Worst location to race, ever. Makes street racing look dangerous

oh yeah....by the way you should tell the yellow stang to race you on a longer straight road and see what the outcome is. He caught traction alot sooner than you did.

Yea I did but he won't run anything but an 1/8 mile. He knows he is underpowered.

Yes. The ford didn't rule when he was running street tires. It got stomped. Next time he wants to race we are going to do it at my place. Hey alex, no more racing in front of your place. That had to be the most shitty place to race.

You need some good tires man, too much pride on the line not to have a decent tire. You would have won for sure but you should have dominated!

That has to be the worst street to race on that I have seen on vid. Looks like you floor it and then whoever is winning has the best chance to make the curve and not hit head on with another car. Nice races though aside from the location and camera shaking.
