Good Kill. They aren't very fast on the freeway because of aerodynamics. It probably would of been a little closer from lower speeds or from a dig.

I think on the highway there not the fastest thing. From a 20 mph roll my buddy in his mooded L. gains about half a car than like at 80-100 I'll reel him in.

Some are fast, some are slow. It depends on the mods...as with every car.

Good kill. I like lightnings though. I wouldn't mind to add one to my stable haha. I got to drive my friends when i was only 19. I had a v6 camaro at the time. I felt like i was in a space shuttle in the lightning haha.

trucks really dont do well as far as top end goes, not just aerodynamics but
roots blower usually generates a bunch of heat and doesnt help power up top.

good kill with all the extras. im with everyone else, they arent your 40-160mph races. more like stop light to 80 or something. i've ran several that had everything but new blowers and were pigs on the highway. although my car isnt a stock camaro but still. they are cool truck none the less

I ran one on the interstate one night... I was in a CAI/Catback LT1 A4 with 2.73s....revved a few times and stuck it down to 2nd... He ripped away from me with no effort and detonated a few yards in front of me. Oil went all over the highway, my window and hood... not to mention parts of his engine (shooting out the exhaust) left some nasty *** marks, scratches and dents in the hood.

If he hadn't blown up he would have waxed my *** bad!...

i used to owne an 04 lightning and honestly can say it was the most fun (not fastest)vehicle ive ever owned. from a dig stock i would hang nose to nose with f-bodies and m6 04-05 GTO's i would edge pull on them as they would shifted gears but as you get closer to 80mph they really start slowing down. i dont like ford's but those trucks are awesome and its amazing how fast they can wear out rear tires.

Gas isn't to bad, as long as you stay out the boost.
