How the C6Z06 stacks up to the exotics in a "drag" race...

OK, not a video of a drag race, but a kill story in the sense of how the fastest stock exotics run when compared to each other. The Veryon is amazing when you see how much faster it is than the other exotics.
When the Z06 reaches 124 mph (basically the quarter mile for the Z06) it takes 11.9 seconds, the Bugatti is 4.5 seconds faster to the SAME mph figure of 124. Unreal! Look at all the comparisons, especially up top to 186 mph....the differnece is HALF A MINUTE. That Bugatti must pull like a train all the way through to top end.
Bugatti only takes 6.8 secods to go from 155 to 186 (allready moving), the C6Z06 takes 22.8 seconds to do the same. Imagine how bad of a beating that is on a top speed run for the vette!
I also didn't realize the Ferrari 599GTB was THAT fast...kills the Z06 especially up top. Every C6Z06 should come with a LG h/cexhaust package that makes 625 rwhp!

iM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THE VIPERS NUMBERS......
But a pretty interesting read..
Seems like the Viper was only doing 142 mph while the C6Z06 was doing 152 mph at 18 seconds......
And judging from the illistarations the Viper was a car and a half behind the c6z06 at 18 seconds.
A car and a half behind the c6z06 isnt bad...But the mph differance is huge!!!!!!
As well ive read many reviews saying the Viper can hit 189-193 mph....But this one could only get 185????
IM PRETTY DISSAPOINTED

Yeah, this was postd on svt and a lot of guys were saying the same thing...mainly how disapointing the Viper was. I think it does all right for the money. But yeah, that Bugatti is amazing. Didn't it knock the McLaren off the top for fastest production car? I believe also for most expensive. I would love to see someone take the new Bugatti down a 1/4 strip. That would be wild, but not likely to ever happen.

Wanna know the insane thing about the bugati? it weighs in at a massive 4200lbs DRY. that really put **** into perspective and makes 1001hp or 982 in american standards... BUT those 4 turbos are only running at 3psi each to eliminate turbo lag, think of how stupidly fast the veyron could be if the boost was cranked up up jsut by even 1 psi on each turbo. and yes bugatti knocked out mclaren from top speed and koenigsegg couldnt beat it either

It really deserves the title "sex on wheels"
anyone seen the top gear review of it? It's got some crazy facts in it, 10K gallons of air a minute at full power, 12 minutes of runtime before fuel is gone at full throttle. The stalks on the sides of the steering wheels are about $8K
Besides, how many cars out there have a gauge that tells you your current horsepower output in a nice sweeping gauge measured in 100hp increments?

Its about time for Dodge to make the Viper 650hp.
With 10 Cylinders, the SRT-10 should be atleast 600hp.
There's no excuse for anything less.
Now that the Z06 is wiping the floor with it, its going to be interesting to see what Dodge does with the Viper.
