What's the secret to installing PBR piston dust boots
I'm re-assembling my calipers after having them powdercoated. I can't get the boots on. What am I doing wrong? I heard it's a simple operation...but I've just spent an hour TRYING to get one boot on. Is there a certain method? I can't get the lip to fit down in the groove, there just isn't enough room. I even tried soaping up the lip and using a small screwdriver to push it in.

I'm not too sure if you're using this method, however it has always worked for me.
