Default Best rear spring for street/strip car??

I'm looking for a spring that will lower the rear of the car about a inch,or a little more. It needs to ride good and work good at the track. What do you guys recomend?

Either this or Stranos. The Stranos have a fairly low springrate in the back compared to others IIRC.
