Strut Tower Brace Or Not???

Strut Tower Brace Or Not???
I've just recently removed the front sway bar from my car to allow the rear end to squat when i launch it. I noticed that after i reach a certain speed though it feels like the front end is floating and it doesn't handle as well! I was wondering if a strut tower brace would help fix this problem? Any advice is deeply appreciated!

Hello
The missing sway bar is the reason for the floating feeling and a strut tower brace will just stiffen up your chassis a little bit but will not fix the problem! If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be glad to help.
Thanks
Brad

I'm sure if he has stock shocks then that doesn't help the front floating around either. Again though.. shocks with high rebound settings which are good for handling probably don't help your front weight transfer.

The goal isn't to get the rear end to squat, it's to get the rear end to plant bu transferring weight.
Good LCAs, beefier torque arm, good shocks, front springs, proper tires and pressure ... those will all help.
It only takes a few min to remove a swaybar.
Pull it off for race nights, put it back on when you're done.
I run a rather beefy Spohn front swaybar on the street, much too heavy
to leave on for weekends where I'm at the strip.
