Default SFC's neccesary for stalled a4?

I am going to be purchasing a ss3600 and was wondering how important SFC's will be if I am looking to go 11's Stock internal. If anyone has the same setup please posts your experience. I don't want a twisted frame but don't want to waste money either lol.

I'm not in the 11's but I do have an SS3600. I installed SFC's because I developed a crease in the RR quarter panel from launching at the track. I had the crease PDR'd out and it hasn't come back. I still get dimples on top of my quarters with them, though.

It seems that they inhibit some of the body flex that occurs when launching. That's the only reason I keep them on the car. I don't like the harshness they added to my ride.

Necessary? No.
Recommended? Absolutely.

I use them for rigidity purposes and helping the car transfer weight, I would highly recommend.

Hello
Anytime you are racing a vehicle. I would highly recommend a set of SFC's due to the fact of (like mentioned above) help with weight transfer and also keeping the dimples off of the quarters panels. They also make the vehicle more solid and are one of the key factors when it comes to suspension upgrades. Below is a link to show you what all UMI Performance has to offer. We offer both bolt on and weld on.

If you have any other questions leave me know!
Thanks
Brad
