Tell me about EBC Pads
Hey guys, I need some new rotors and planned on swapping pads too. I know about the Hawk HPS pad and right now that's what I plan on going with, but I wanted to know more about the EBC Red stuff, and all the other color of "stuff" they offer. Lol.
Information is greatly appreciated.

I carry EBC. You don't see them on my website (yet) because I don't do many of them. I prefer the HPS and they are a bit less money. EBC Redstuff are $95.00 front, $91.00 rear if you want them, I can do them for you. But I run HPS on my car's and a set of those are $87 Front, $75 Rear... or $159.99 for the car set, and that has free shipping.

Sam, do you have any personal experience with any of the EBC pads on your car?

My girlfriend had the Greenstuff's on her Subaru SVX and we ran through that set I'd say pretty fast.... in about a year on slotted rotors. We both drive that car hard. However, with the SVX, there's not too many brake options so we're kind limited what we have for choices, but from what we experienced I'd take the Hawk or PFs over the EBC's head to head, especially in our F-bodies. My understanding is that the greens are more aggressive street/limited track and ok on rotors; whereas the reds are more track than street and more harsh on rotors.
