Steering wheels get stuck

My steering wheels gets stuck when I turn to both sides and I have to pull on it to get the tires straight again

Is the steering shaft and/or u-joint rubbing on your headers (or is it coming loose...!?)...?

Are the tierods rubbing on something...?

( assuming you have a gen 4.2 F-car )

I had this problem the other day with some eBay headers, In a buddy's car I had to grind the top bolt of the steering shaft and cleared the header.
