OK, I've done some searching and cant seem to find an answer for this.

What is worn out or broken that's causing a clunk when i come to a stop or take off in the left front?

It also seems to move the wheel slightly forward or backward when this happens.

Its been extremely cold so i haven't really had a chance to poke around under the car yet.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Edit: Car is a 98 Camaro

This would be my best guess also. Check out the lower a-arm bushings on your vehicle and let us know what kind of condition they are in.

That was my assumption also, the LCA is def tweaked a tad as well. It was in an accident before i bought it.
Ill just leave it sit till all the snow and slush go away and then take a look.

Since i probly need an A arm or LCA or whatever ya wanna call it, would anyone suggest using tubulars?

Replacing your factory lower a-arms with tubular lower a-arms definitely wouldn't be a bad idea since you will need to replace the bushings in your factory ones any ways. The nice thing is that if you go with the tubular lower a-arms you will save a little weight but they will come with new bushings in ball joints so it will make your life a little easier. We have our regular BMR lower a-arms (AA002) and our 1" lowering lower a-arms (AA020) so it gives you an option depending on what you are wanting to do with the car.

BMR lower a-arms (AA002)

BMR 1" lowering lower a-arms (AA020)

check all the ball joints and bushings ! and check your shock mounts . replace both sides .don't put it off ,it could be costly .
