Ive got the lowering springs and shocks for my 02 T/A that I want, but the question that arises when I look at peoples setups on here....Do I need aftermarket panard bar, sway bars, LCAs??? It just seems everyone already has these upgrades already.

You don't "need" anything, you can buy those pieces if you want. Some further improve handling, some improve weight transfer at the cost of handling and ride quality.
