Default SLP/Eibach springs: WAY too low in front

Parts car I bought had the full set of SLP/Eibach Red springs, so I decided to switch my car over to them. These springs came out of an Lt1 car.

My car had Hotchkins springs on the front and stock hose mod on the rear. While doing my 12 bolt, I threw the rear SLP/Eibachs in with the isoloators, and ride height didn't really change, just felt a lot tighter and more responsive, I love them.

Just did the fronts the other night, and unexpectedly, it dropped ANOTHER 1/2" at least, but I cant figure out why. The SLP/Eibach springs were from an Lt1 car with a heavier iron block engine, and beings that I have the LQ4 in my 98, I figured they would be perfect.

The camber is way out now, and its scraping even worse on the driveway. It looks good, and handles great, but Im not sure being this low is smart with how the roads are around here.

Does this sound normal? Im not sure what the specs are on the SLP/Eibach springs, if anyone could chime in I would appreciate it. I tried searching and couldn't find much info on them.

How do you know that they're SLP springs, what info did you find on them?

The two different SLP spring kits that were available neither one lowered over 1", one lowered .5" and the other .75", I also don't recall any red springs from SLP.

Heres a pic of the rear spring... front springs have a similar number, I assumed the SLPxxx meant SLP, but I could be wrong.

Aaaaaaaaaaand it just occurred to me that SLP probably means Sport Line, not SLP. Guess I answered my own question.

That's why they're so low. Grab some BMR or Strano springs up front. The Rear Eibachs will sag after a while, so might as well just get a complete set of Strano or BMR.
