Abs inop/trac control then everything lights up??

Abs inop/trac control then everything lights up?? As the title states my abs and trac light came on this morning and once I press the brake pedal the radio shuts off, all the dash lights light up and the gauges drop top zero. Then i release and everything back to normal and the 2 lights remain on.
Any one have this issue i know it sounds crazy ! I'm gonna try and get it scanned tomorrow.
