Default Squeaky suspension

The front suspension in my car has developed a very loud squeak/creak. I think it has to do with the lower ball joints and/or sway bar endlinks. I had the brake calipers off for about a week a couple of months ago, and despite my best efforts, could not stop a small leak from the banjo fitting. I think the leaking brake fluid may have washed out some of the grease in the lower ball joint.

Is there any way to re-grease these? or am I just kinda stuck till I can get them replaced?

Stock ball joints are not greasable, but they are sealed and probably not the source of your noise. I would start with your sway bar bushings where it mounts to the body. Mine made noise as well until I took them off and greased them. I also sanded and polished the wear points down to the metal and never heard another squeak out of them.
