The only neg. I have ever seen with them is they follow ever rut in the road. Not that the 275's don't do that as well. The 315's look awesome I think.

If you have stock sway bars, you will pick up a push on turn in and on corner exit. Too much rear grip doesn't alow the car to rotate ... put a big rear bar on it to help.

Ok, I'm already running a 21mm on the rear and a 32mm up front and I might upgrade to a hollow 35mm up front.
Thank's

Wrong way .... to fix a push with sway bars, you go up on rear bar or down on the front.

Maybe this link will help

I love the way my car handles now with a big rear bar. Much like a go-cart. Even tho people tell me it's not the combo I want for corners, and I set it up for drag racing, I am very pleased with how it handles.

The better question is what size is the rim this 315 is on! Like a 9" wheel with 315 is crappy......

11" is the only way to do it right.

well with my 275's on 10" rims and 315's on 11" rims it is fine. but the suspension and wheel base works for me the front wheels stick out just as much as the rear so wheel base stayed the same!

I also have every suspension piece available! And a very lightend car. So that helps! As far as handling goes " it's like I am on rails" and for straight line "drag racing" I am just ok.

So, after a 30 minute session on a road course, a closed course where you take the same line over the same terrain numerous times, the track is clean and free of debris and you can drive the car without worry of traffic ...

what do your lap times tell you? do they increase, decrease or stay the same?

what about pressures? do all 4 tires increase in pressure the same amount? does one tire gain more pressure than the others?

what about tire temps? are the temps the same (or close) across the face of each tire? are all the tire temps close to the same?

Lap time inproves.
Tire pressure goes up?
Didn't check temp across the tire I know the temp going up is why the air preesure go up.

I will change all my tires over this summer to real race tires and see the differance.

Hey Joe, The thing that would concern me is tire rub, bigger might be better but if you have to worry about cutting a tire it's not worth it. Getting the correct wheel back spacing is key here, some guys roll there fenders and still have tire rub.

Later,
Al

Hey Al, yea that's a big concern for me too and you know me I'm not one to take a big hammer to my car to make something fit it just has to be right or I won't do it, but I sure could use a lot more traction. The car's handling has to be my top concern though before straight line traction I'm just trying to find a happy medium.
