Default back passenger side of car sits lower then the odrivers side?

i recently picked up a 95 trans am six speed. and i noticed the rear passenger side fender sits lower to the ground then the drivers side, i had the rear coil springs and shocks replaced to see if that woul fix it, and it din't help much, thhe passenger side still sits about 1 inch lower, basicly an inch diffrence in wheel gap.

the car has a reconstructed title, so i assume thi is frame damage?
we looked underneath the car all around the back, and coul not see any damage or anything bent back there, any idea what this might be? if the frame is twisted can a bodyshop fix it? or is it going to be like that forever? it also looks like the rim and tire sits in a little farther on that side.

is this car worth putting money into and can still be a good car to fix up? or is it basicly junk?

I am really hoping there is a way to solve this problem.

Thanks in advanced for any info.

No the car is not lowerd, I had a shop replace the car with stock sized springs, and new shocks. And it is still the same.

it also appears that the passenger tire is sitting in the wheel well a little more then the drivers side.

Here are two pictures so you can see what I mean.

Drivers side rear tire:

Hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the rear is more on the drivers side you might want to get an adj phr.

The rear doesn't look centered in those picutures, but it is hard to tell, and wouldn't be causing that problem anyways. You need to figure out if the spring perches on the rear are actually parallel to each other...a slight misalignment (one axle tube twisted more than the other) could cause this, and isn't uncommon with these cars. The only other thing you can do is check and make sure the springs are indexed the same way - that is, make sure the ends of the coils point in the same direction for each spring.

I got an alignment today and was told they can't adjust my castor, I think on the front? and that a frame shop can fix it? is that true with these cars?
