Default Welding SFC's- remove pcm or neg. cable

Going to weld in my subframe connectors this weekend. Should I remove the pcm or just remove the negative battery cable?

Negative cable should be fine. Just make sure the welder ground is VERY secure.

Disconnect the negative battery cable and secure it away from the battery.

Just did mine yesterday, don't forget to put some damp towels under the carpet just in front of the rear seats. You can get enough room to put the towels in by just removing the rear seats. Also, there are wires that run right there under the carpet so try to put the towels under the wires too.

Got them installed today. Just disconnected the battery cable and all is fine. Went with UMI tubular and the fit was awesome, really easy to install.
