Default is it worth it

to change tranny mount and torque arm mount to polyurethane if stock ones aint broke

I did, I'm happy, I thought it was worth it. I have poly motor mounts too.

yes. there will be an increase in vibration though so expect that.

Leave the transmission mount rubber. I fount the poly trans mount intolerable. and there's no reason to make the trans mount poly if you relocate the torque arm. And I'd recommend a shorter torque arm if you want better performance.

As soon as I did the tranny mount I found out how bad my tire were. Every little vibration come into the car now. I really had to think about not going back to a rubber tranny mount. I can say that the driveline definaltly doesnt move(poly motor mounts also).
