Default Bilstein's and stock springs...

i want to keep the stock springs on my WS6... i need new shocks and i'm on a budget so i think i've decided on the Bilsteins... will there be any significant difference in ride quality and handling (cornering) with the Bilsteins? thanks

Yes! The Hd`s will feel alot better, I had them with stock springs and Strano sway bars and the car drove and handled great. I switched to Koni`s and the car handles soooo good . The Bilstein Hd`s are nice shocks.

I also used to have stock springs, HD's, and Strano bars on my SS a while back and it was a noticeable improvement over the stock DeCarbons.

Will work great ... use the lower perch in front and heater hose mod in the back.

Bilsteins over stock are a HUGE difference for the better. Konis over Bilsteins are said to be almost as dramatic a difference by folks who have had both. I wish I had nutted up and gone with the Konis but my Bilsteins have been good to me.

well in that case i think i'm gonna try to save up a little bit more and go with the Koni's if they are that much better than the Bilsteins... especially since the bilsteins are on backorder and there's no telling when i'm gonna get them...
anybody know the cheapest place to get some Koni's?? cheapest i've found is probably ebay.

I would recommend Strano Performance Shop, they are a sponsor and Sam is a wealth of knowledge in suspension setups. Stranoparts.com
