Koni's Arrived from Strano Parts Another satisfied customer of Strano Parts.
I ordered Koni 4/4 last week, they arrived yesterday. Today I called to received my instructions and spoke to Arlyn. Awesome education on shocks, springs, and Sam. And in the course of our conversation, we found out that we have mutual friends! Small world.
I know already that I'm going to be pleased with the Koni's and I haven't had them installed yet. What service does what Sam and Arlyn provide? Not many. Hats off to Strano Parts..........others should get on board with this example setting of taking care of the customer. I'm sure to take care of Strano with my next suspension purchase!

Sam and Arlyn ROCK!!!
(oh, and so do the Konis. Remember; 4 to 4 1/2 turns from full soft on the fronts, and about a half turn firm from full soft in the rear, AFTER they're on the car!)

According the NOV 2007 GMHTP article that has Sam hooking up their Z, they go right on top. I was going to call about that until I saw the article.

Another satisfied customer here. I also have several of Sam's suspension products (Koni 4/4's, Sway bars, Springs). I'm confident you'll be very pleased with the Koni's and even more with the service Sam and Arlyn provide. Because of this, I know I'll be coming to Sam from now on for all my suspension needs.
