I think the T/A and Reloc. Brackets will help the most. The Tunnel mounted T/A works damned good. It changes the way the car launches. Mine "felt" like it wanted to lift the nose off the ground after i installed it, and dropped the front sway bar. The Reloc. brackets planted my Street tires ALOT better too.

Do you spin the tires when you cut a 1.7 60ft and how much does your car weigh? Any weight reductions?

that is not a bad 60 my friend .
to have a better that start cheap and work up such as :
lcas , lca relocation brackets , adj. panhard , torque arm , a-arms upper and lower and last but not least some qa1s with appropriate springs .
the qa1s with like a 275 spring will hook you up though just keep in mind this is really only a good straight line setup .
if you got a convertible might want to look at some subframe connectors just to gain more stability in turns but most of the stuff listed above and the 60' itself is mostly drag .

Track prep makes a difference. One day I was cutting 1.5's-1.6's the next weekend i could barely squeeze out 1.7's.

I'm at full weight (3625 lbs. before myself) and with 3.23s and all rear suspension minus springs and shocks, I've been able to pull high 1.6s with most bolt-ons and MTs. I don't think your times are anything bad.

275 50 15 M/T drag radials (more sidewall and also a lil wider than 255 50 16 DRs) suspension definately helps, weight reduction, For M6 people, its the driver mod. Damn you autos cutting 1.xx's with ease!!! lol

The spare and jack were out but thats how I drive it everyday . Suspension is all stock. The reason I say track prep is because i was running on some nearly bald 245 nitto dr's and pulling just as good times that day as people with full out slicks and suspension work done.

And thanks

Taller tires, more gear and drag shocks seem to work from what I've seen.
