Default rear brake lines

I just installed my new Midwest fab 9in rear. I reused the OEM brakelines and they fit , but look like crap on this showpeice rearend. I want to bend up some new lines to clean up the look. I need to know what fittings( types and sizes) and flares I need to hook them up.
PS its a 3 channle car.
thanks

I purchased my lines from autozone and re-fab'd my own lines. one end is standard fitting and other is metric, I used my old fittings. yea! I know. why did they do it this way, I dont know. I think the metric is double flare........I also used their tube bender. wish I had picks but, I'm at work...

They biggest issue is the where the lines meet the center line is a double flare and where the lines meet the caliper is a bubble flare.
